Brisket & Briyani was born from a simple obsession: what happens when you marry 12-hour Texas-style smoked meats with authentic Chennai-style South Indian briyani, crafted from scratch every single day?
No shortcuts. No processed ingredients. Every brisket smoked low and slow. Every pot of briyani built with whole spices and long-grain basmati. We believe fast food should mean fresh food, served quickly -- not food that sat in a factory.
